AnttiKorppi Student House features 186 rooms as well as 2 studio apartments in 6 floors. Each building has 2 elevators. All rooms are fully equipped including furniture, bed linen, and kitchenware. The rent includes housing, heating, and various additional services!
All shared apartments have two single rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Shared apartments are either for men or for women, there are no mixed ones. Each floor has a common room and a balcony shared by max 8 people. The quiet hours start at 11pm every night. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and pets are not allowed.

Upon leaving, please make sure the apartment is in the same condition as when you entered it. E.g., leaving extra furniture in the apartment is not allowed. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if the apartment hasn’t been cleaned before leaving, as appropriate.
The common areas of the apartment are cleaned once a month (toilet and kitchen). The cleaning takes place at the beginning of the week during the day.
Schedule: Week 1 – door A. Week 2 – door B. Week 3 – door C. Week 4 – door D.
Only surfaces free of items will be cleaned. Washing dishes and cleaning cupboards and drawers (including the fridge) fall on the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant must regularly take out rubbish to the rubbish containers of the property and clean kitchen and bathroom after each use. A vacuum cleaner and shared cleaning equipment can be found in the closet at the entrance of the common room.
